An ally you can actually see.
Many diverse and marginalised people face real challenges of acceptance in today's political climate. Coming out, walking into a new room, sometimes even just existing — it can mean quietly scanning for one thing: is it safe to be myself here?
The truth is, there are people who care. People who'll stand with you. Allies — and they're out there in huge numbers. But allyship is usually invisible, and an ally you can't see can't make anyone feel safer.
That's where ally blobs come in. Not just a cute avatar — a signal. Put yours on a social profile, an email signature, a laptop sticker, a team page, a window. It quietly says: you're welcome here, exactly as you are… and you are safe.
